Where a $27.99 sale actually goes
A customer pays you
Watch what is left by the time it reaches you.
We set up, optimise and run Amazon and e-commerce operations — anywhere in the world. Every fee named. Every dollar traced. Nothing hidden in a spreadsheet you never open.
We are not a generalist consultancy. We do marketplace operations, and we do the physical supply chain that feeds them — because in e-commerce those are the same problem.
Launch a new channel, or take over one that is quietly losing money. We run the account as an operation with numbers attached — not a listing you hope does well.
Get the goods there at a cost you can actually see. Most sellers learn their real cost per order only after the margin has already gone.
Also on request: product sourcing and supplier management, supply chain planning, dropshipping setup, procurement support, and operations training. Ask us →

Type what you sell. We fill in a realistic starting point, work out your Amazon size tier and fulfilment fee from the packed box, and show you the profit that survives every fee.
Prefilled from typical market benchmarks. Every field is yours to change.

We would rather give you the honest answer in week two than bill you for six months of discovery.
Your products, channels, systems and constraints. We look at your actual numbers, not a questionnaire.
Scope, KPIs and operating approach agreed — including what we are explicitly not doing.
The setup, tools, processes and documentation the operation will actually run on.
Implement, train your team, measure the outcome, support it as long as you need us.
A defined problem, solved and handed over with documentation your team owns.
Monthly engagement running the channel or the logistics function against agreed KPIs.
Evidence
No controlled process existed for shipment discrepancy and reimbursement claims. We built the lost-inventory checking and claim process.
High logistics costs and inconsistent 3PL performance. Nationwide transformation with KPI tracking and performance governance.
Export operations depended on a single congested port. We planned and executed the first shipment through an alternative route.
A new brand needed product, marketplace and operations launch support. Sourcing, branding, listings, FBA, advertising and operating routines.
High domestic outbound logistics costs on marketplace orders. We built shipment planning tools to optimise the decisions.
A direct-to-consumer product needed sourcing, economics and launch strategy. Supplier sourcing, prototype management and launch pricing.
Inventory partnership
Separate from our services, we run our own Amazon brand. Partners fund a defined batch of inventory; we source, price, list and sell it; we share the profit. A profit share, not a loan.
The team
No account managers, no handoffs to a junior after you sign. The people who scope the work are the people who do it.
Co-founder · Marketplace & supply chain operations
Runs marketplace operations and the sourcing side — supplier evaluation, landed-cost modelling, Amazon account setup and the weekly operating rhythm. Founder of USOTG, the Amazon brand Barakah operates on its own account.
LinkedIn →Co-founder · Logistics & planning
Leads logistics design and planning — freight and customs, 3PL selection and governance, demand planning and the dashboards leadership actually reads. Background in large-scale logistics transformation and port operations.
LinkedIn →Wherever you sell. Our team has delivered marketplace and logistics work across the United States, Europe, South Asia and the Gulf. Marketplace mechanics are broadly the same everywhere; what changes is customs, tax and last-mile, and we bring in licensed local partners for clearance and compliance in each market.
Yes, and it is most of what we do. We start with an audit covering listings, fee structure, inventory health, advertising efficiency and unclaimed reimbursements, then agree a recovery plan with you before touching anything.
It uses Amazon's published US rate card effective 15 January 2026, including the price-banded fulfilment fees, the category price thresholds, and the 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge from 17 April 2026. It computes your size tier from the dimensions you enter and applies dimensional weight where Amazon does. What it cannot know is your subcategory's exact referral rate or any programme-specific pricing — treat it as a well-informed estimate and confirm in Seller Central before you price.
They are typical market benchmarks for a mid-range private-label product in each category — starting points chosen so the calculator gives a sensible answer before you have your own figures. They are not live marketplace data and not specific to any listing. Replace them with your real numbers as soon as you have them.
Either. Setup projects typically run a few weeks. Ongoing operations engagements run monthly against agreed KPIs, and you can end them.
We plan and prepare the compliance flow — classification, documentation, duty exposure — and coordinate licensed customs brokers for the clearance itself. We do not pretend to be a broker.
It depends on scope, and we will not quote before we understand the problem. The assessment is free, and you will leave it with three specific recommendations whether or not you work with us.
